Will Goodale

Will Goodale is a Senior Vice President and leads Business Development for Asset Living’s National Affordable Division. He has spent the last decade in client relations and nonprofit leadership roles, growing regions and divisions within the multi-family industry. Prior to joining Asset Living, Will held key roles at Gartner, Apartment Life, and Housing Connector, where he developed expertise in property technology, affordable housing, and resident services. At Asset Living, his objectives include cultivating relationships with affordable housing providers, delivering outstanding experiences and insights, and bridging the gap between public, private, and nonprofit partnerships.

Will holds a Bachelor of Science from Mission University. When not in the office or on the road, Will gives back by volunteering in the nonprofit sector, serving on one board and two advisory councils focused on housing and economic empowerment. He enjoys spending time with his wife and son and can often be found camping and hiking in the mountains.
