Ashlyn Laney

Ashlyn Laney is a Vice President of Business Development and leads market expansion throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Asset Living, Ashlyn worked as a multifamily investment sales broker for Matthews REIS, where she developed deal structuring and negotiation expertise alongside strong analytical skills through complex financial modeling and predictive trend forecasting. At Asset Living, Ashlyn will focus on fostering new long-term partnerships and strengthening client relationships through new-development, acquisition, and operational strength consulting.

Ashlyn was awarded Rising Name to Watch in Women Leading CRE by Bisnow, holds real estate licenses in both SC and GA, and received a B.S. in Marketing from Clemson University. When she is not in the office or on the road, Ashlyn enjoys hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains, Pilates, and reading with a fresh latte in hand.
