As Chief Sales Officer, JC oversees all business development efforts across Asset Living’s portfolio nationwide. He leverages over a decade of real estate experience to support clients exploring management changes and acquisition opportunities across all verticals and asset classes.
Since joining Asset Living in 2019, JC has been a catalyst for the firm’s organic growth, expanding the company’s managed portfolio by over 200,000 units and solidifying Asset’s status as the 2nd largest apartment operator in the country. Under his leadership, the sales team continues to deliver best-in-class service and strategic growth for clients nationwide.
JC holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rice University and serves on the board of two local non-profits. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their sons, Bennett and Lincoln.
