Carol Nelson

Carol Nelson is a Division President and leads the Mountain Region’s operations team. She has over 28 years of experience in the multi-family industry with a focus on Class A lease ups, value add rehab, and stabilized communities ranging all asset classes. Carol is involved in building strong and strategic client relationships and business development. Previously, Carol was the COO for Redstone Residential, Managing Director for Greystar, and Senior VP for Alliance Residential where she was involved in strategic growth planning and development. At Asset Living, her goal is to provide excellent customer service and build “best in class” teams.

Carol is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), licensed Broker in Utah, and graduate of Brigham Young University, where she majored in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing. When Carol is not in the office, she can be found in the mountains with her husband, four children, and two dogs boating, riding ATVs, hiking, or skiing.
