Rulissa Trout

Rulissa Trout is responsible for leading and overseeing human resources at Asset Living. She has worked in the HR industry for over 25 years, gaining experience and expertise in benefits, human relations, and compliance with employment law. Prior to Asset Living, Rulissa worked at companies such as the National Financial Partners (NFP) and the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency. At Asset Living, her goals include empowering our properties and corporate teams to attract and retain top talent, creating the best possible employee experience, and helping every Asset Living employee reach their full potential within the company.

Rulissa is Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Southern Nazarene University. When Rulissa is not in the office, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family (dogs included!), traveling, and live music.
