Cindy Batey

Cindy Batey is responsible for overseeing property operations, managing client relations, and collaborating with the business development teams throughout the Southeast. She has over 20 years of experience in the multi-family industry, including property operations, business development, client relations, and human resources.

Prior to her current role as Principal at Asset Living, Cindy was the Founding Partner of Strategic Management Partners (SMP), expanding its footprint in the Southeast by 24,000+ units. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State University. When Cindy is not working, she enjoys giving back to her community by serving on several boards for non-profit organizations in Atlanta.
