Adam Schaefer

Adam Schaefer is a Senior Vice President and leads Business Development for Asset Living’s Western region. He has worked in the industry for over 18 years, gaining experience and expertise in Technology and Data/Analytics. Prior to joining Asset Living, Adam held key roles at companies such as Pierce-Eislen (now Yardi Matrix) and Rentlytics, where he developed expertise in market research and asset management. At Asset Living, his goals include client success, through transparency, and proactive support.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from The University of Arizona. When Adam is not in the office or on the road he enjoys spending time with his wife, cheering on their two sons in sports, golfing, and traveling with his family.
