Jon Nixon

Jon Nixon is responsible for leading the multi-family business development activities in our Southeast region. He has over 17 years of experience in the real estate and multi-family industry, gaining expertise assisting clients and prospects with all areas of acquisition support, market research and marketing strategy. At Asset Living, his goals include providing a best-in-class client experience through outstanding support and strategy for acquisition, development, and disposition decisions.

Jon holds a Master of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School at Emory University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from Furman University. Outside of work, Jon enjoys staying active and spending time with his wife, three daughters, and two dogs.
