Julie Bonnin

Julie Bonnin is responsible for overseeing client relations and new business efforts for the student housing division for Asset Living. She has worked in the property management industry for over 31 years, with the last 16 years devoted to student housing operations. Julie has developed a strong reputation in the industry for being a leader in student housing operations and serves on numerous panels highlighting innovative operating procedures.

Julie is a graduate of the University of Houston with an Associate degree in Real Estate Finance and Appraisals. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, cooking for friends and family, watching old western movies, and watching hockey (she’s a die-hard fan).
