Monica Barto

Monica Barto is the Chief Property Accounting Officer and leads the accounting department for Asset Living. She has worked in the real estate industry as an executive in property management for over 25 years gaining experience and expertise in management, treasury, and controllership at ZRS Management and Pineloch Management. At Asset Living, her goals include leading and mentoring a high-performing team, adding value and growth by maximizing efficiencies and standardizing processes, while providing best in class service to our clients and employees.

Monica is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from SUNY Binghamton. When Monica is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and enjoying outdoor activities.
