Pauline Houchins

Pauline Houchins is a Division President and leads property management operations for clients within our Southeast region for Asset Living’s multi-family portfolio. She has worked in the industry for over 25 years, including 12 years at First Communities Management and over a decade at The Worthing Companies where she served as the Director of Training and Marketing before moving into her operations role as Regional Development Director over owned and managed assets. At Asset Living, her goals include serving clients with solutions-focused leadership, strategic insight, and providing the best resident experience possible.

Pauline holds a bachelor’s degree in business management. Outside of the office, Pauline enjoys cooking, hosting gatherings for friends and family, and cheering on her son at his sporting events alongside her husband.
