NEW JERSEY (February 6, 2023) – Asset Living, one of the largest property management providers in the United States, is pleased to announce Diana Penn, Senior Vice President of Multi-Family Operations, as the newest executive board President for the New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA). She assumed her new title and role as President after the official induction ceremony which took place on January 31, 2023.
As president, Penn is most looking forward to being able to share her passion for the industry on a broader scale to ultimately inspire her network and industry peers to get involved with the organization. “I have a lot of heart for what I do – and being in a role that allows me to share that passion with others is exciting,” she says. “Our industry could not move forward without the hard work and dedication of our volunteers and members, so I hope to inspire others to not only get involved in new ways, but also recognize how fortunate we are to be on this career path.”
With more than 30 years in the property management industry, Penn’s experience spans from on-site operation to business development and beyond. At Asset Living, she's responsible for overseeing multi-family operations for properties based in New Jersey. In addition to her work at Asset Living, Penn’s active involvement with NJAA over the last 30 years has led to recruiting new members, numerous learning opportunities, and personal growth.
"My priority is to broaden our membership to help provide valuable information and education to all apartment owners and managers in New Jersey," says Penn.
