Asset Living Hires Liz Shrout as Senior Vice President, Business Development

DENVER (JANUARY 9, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Liz Shrout as Senior Vice President on Asset Living's Business Development team. With over 20 years of experience in the property management industry, Shrout brings a wealth of expertise to her new role, where she will forge new client relationships and expand the company’s presence in the Mountain West region.

“My goal for 2025 is to cultivate strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors, ensuring Asset Living’s services not only meet but exceed their expectations,” says Shrout. “By delivering value and fostering long-term collaborations, I aim to solidify our position as a market leader in the Mountain West region.”

Before joining Asset Living, Shrout served as the National Director of Sales at Valet Living, where she excelled at building cross-departmental partnerships to align sales objectives with organizational goals. Her career began at the Apartment Association of Metro Denver, where she gained industry insights and established herself as a dedicated professional through vendor partnerships.

“[In this role], I’m most excited about showcasing our Mountain region teams’ incredible talent and passion,” says Shrout. “I’m eager to learn and grow alongside my new colleagues and clients while driving regional success.”

Outside the office, Shrout enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband and their dog, embracing everything the great outdoors has to offer. She’s also an avid golfer, a passionate cook who loves sharing meals with others, and a Pilates enthusiast.
