Asset Living Promotes Katie Frields to Regional Vice President, Operations

HOUSTON (JANUARY 3, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Katie Frields promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s student housing department. With over 19 years of experience in the property management industry, Frields will oversee her Regional Manager and assist others while providing guidance and support to their portfolios.

"My goal is to thrive in my role while continuing to support my team and the sites under my leadership," says Frields. " I aspire to cultivate strong, dynamic teams and drive improvements in both operations and leasing.”  

Prior to her new role, Frields served as a Regional Manager at Asset Living. She began her journey with the company over a decade ago as a General Manager and was later promoted to Regional Manager. With her extensive background in property management, Frields is well-equipped to lead her team to success.

"[In this role], I'm excited to make a positive impact on Asset, our clients, and our residents," says Frields.

Outside the office, Frields enjoys cooking, reading, and spending quality time with her family and 10-year-old son.
