DALLAS WEST (SEPTEMBER 16, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Velvet Pressley’s promotion to Vice President within the company’s multi-family department. With over a decade of experience in the property management industry, Pressley is dedicated to establishing a strong foundation for her team, while actively helping them achieve their goals.
"My goal for 2024 is to highlight the true value of leadership and peer mentorship by helping others grow into strong leaders with impactful performance outcomes," says Pressley. "Through engagement, support, and effective delegation, they'll have the opportunity to shine, building a solid foundation for their future success."
Before her new role, Pressley served as a Regional Vice President for Asset Living's multi-family division. With extensive experience in property management, she has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving corporate growth, and implementing strategies that advance business objectives. Pressley is also a graduate of Texas State University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Psychology.
"[In this role], I'm most excited about increasing our unit count and minimizing tenant turnover," says Pressley. "Being part of business development discussions is thrilling as I continue learning how to showcase what an incredible company Asset Living is."
When she's not in the office, Pressley loves spending time outdoors with her son—hiking, biking, playing in the park, and traveling. She's also passionate about fitness, with CrossFit being her favorite hobby.
