Asset Living Promotes Lewis Lampton to Regional Vice President, Operations

PHOENIX (MARCH 13, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Lewis Lampton’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multi-family department. With over 25 years of property management experience, Lampton brings a wealth of expertise to his new role where he will oversee, coach, and mentor multiple portfolios across the Phoenix and Tucson markets.

"My goal is to elevate these portfolios to their highest operational and financial potential while delivering best-in-class service to our clients and residents," says Lampton.

Prior to his new role, Lampton served as a Senior Regional Manager at Asset Living, overseeing multiple communities in the Phoenix area, focusing on operational excellence, team development, and optimizing financial performance. Before that, as a Regional Manager, he played a key role in stabilizing and enhancing assets, implementing strategic leasing initiatives, and strengthening client relationships. Throughout his tenure at Asset Living, he has remained dedicated to driving occupancy, retention, and overall property success in the Arizona market. Lampton is also a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
