ATLANTA (MARCH 11, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Dawn Wolter’s promotion to Vice President within the company’s multi-family department. With over 30 years of experience in the property management industry, Wolter is committed to fostering growth and success within her team.

"My goal for 2025 is to expand my team while helping them succeed," says Wolter.

Prior to her new role, Wolter served as Regional Vice President of Operations at Asset Living where she successfully managed a diverse portfolio spanning multiple states. Her expertise includes market-rate new construction, mixed-income properties, and affordable housing communities, including active adult communities. Wolter has overseen award-winning properties and is passionate about mentoring her team while upholding top-tier service standards, further solidifying her expertise in the field.
