HOUSTON (April 9, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce that Ruth Nunez was promoted to Regional Vice President, Multi-Family Operations.
Nunez, who started with Asset Living as a Community Manager in 2014, has been in property management for 27 years. In her new role as Regional Vice President, Nunez will focus on the regionals that roll up to her and the success of their communities and teams. Nunez will report to the Houston office where she will lend her expertise and knowledge from working within the property management industry.
“[In this role] I look forward to being able to give 150% of my attention and work capabilities to my team so that we are all successful and drive a positive result for our clients.,” says Nunez.”
When Nunez is not working, she enjoys spending time with her kids. Going fishing, playing kickball or riding go carts.
