ARKANSAS (June 27, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Kristy Gregory was promoted to Vice President, Operations within the company's multi-family division. Gregory has been in the property management industry for over 12 years and has experience in both Accounting and Operations. As Vice President, Operations, Gregory will work with Regional Vice Presidents and Regionals to ensure that they are successful with all the assets they are overseeing.
"My goals in 2023 are to foster new relationships while also assisting the Arkansas region to fully assimilate with Asset Living. I want to ensure that by the end of the year, our procedures are in line with the rest of the Asset Living family,” says Gregory.
Prior to her new role, Gregory worked in the Accounting and Operations side for Trinity. Her professional journey includes titles such as Director of Accounting, Community Director, and Regional, with her most recent accomplishment as Regional Vice President. With each role she undertook, Gregory consistently demonstrated her aptitude for leadership, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
"[In this role], I am looking forward to working with the legacy Arkansas team and its owners. I am also looking forward to growing our Arkansas market. I love my people and I am so excited to be leading our teams,” says Gregory.
When Gregory isn't working, she finds joy in the company of her loving husband and takes great pride in being her two children's biggest cheerleader at their sporting events. Apart from supporting her children, she enjoys relaxing on her houseboat with the peace of the lake surrounding her. Also, Gregory's compassionate nature extends beyond her family, as she serves in the children's ministry at her local church, embracing the opportunity to impact the lives of young ones positively.
