HOUSTON (AUGUST 20, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Zach Mitchell as the new Vice President within Asset Living's multi-family team. Mitchell will report to the Houston office, where he will lend his 16 years of expertise in the property management industry. He will play a key role in empowering his team of regional and on-site team members to achieve departmental goals.
"My goals for the rest of 2024 are to focus on collaborating with my team to consistently deliver exceptional service to our residents and exceed our clients' expectations," says Mitchell.
Before joining Asset Living, Mitchell served as the Asset Manager at Venterra Living, where he oversaw a portfolio of over 5,000 units. He began his career in property management as a Leasing Consultant and worked through various roles, gaining extensive on-site experience that has equipped him to excel in his new role.
"[In this role], I'm excited to collaborate with each client to deliver targeted results," says Mitchell. "I'm also eager to work alongside our regional and on-site team members to achieve success!”
Outside the office, Mitchell enjoys spending quality time with his wife, three children, and their puppy, Molly. He also loves to play a round of golf whenever he gets the chance!
