DALLAS (JANUARY 2, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Reyanne Schmidt joins as a Regional Vice President within Asset Living’s multi-family department. Schmidt will report to the Dallas office, lending her 30 years of experience within the property management industry. She will focus on driving team growth and fostering strong client relationships in her new role.
“My goals are to create more transparency with clients, continue cultivating growth within my team, and encourage overall growth within Asset,” says Schmidt.
Before joining Asset Living, Schmidt served as Area Vice President at Strategic Properties, where she oversaw a diverse portfolio that included new construction, lease-ups, and stabilized rehab projects. Her extensive expertise spans affordable housing, new construction, lease-ups, stabilization, and repositioning, making her an exceptional leader for her new team. Schmidt’s credentials include certifications as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS), Housing Compliance Certified Professional (HCCP), and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS). She is also a proud Lyceum graduate from the San Antonio Apartment Association.
“[In this role], I’m excited to see my team grow and learn along the way,” says Schmidt. “I also aim to streamline processes and enhance productivity within my team and the organization.”
Outside the office, Schmidt cherishes spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, and embracing the beach life.
