ATLANTA (September 5, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Brandi Boudoin as the new Vice President, Operations, within Asset Living’s multi-family division. Boudoin will report to the Atlanta office and join the Asset Living team to lend her 29 years of experience within the property management industry. Boudoin will help foster strong team development and client relations to ensure success.
"My goal is to offer support and guidance to an already exceptional team while assisting with the next wave of growth and success to our region,” says Boudoin.
Before her new role, Boudoin served as the Executive Vice President at TriBridge Residential, where she primarily oversaw value-added assets and new developments. Boudoin started her journey in the property management industry as a Leasing Consultant in 1994 while she attended college. Boudoin also worked for Greystar and First Communities, where she specialized in third-party relationships in the conventional, market-rate sector.
"[In this role], I am looking forward to working alongside such a great group of operators and leaders that re-invigorate my vision for growth and opportunity for the team as a whole,” says Boudoin.
Outside the office, Boudoin enjoys watching college football supporting Florida State University. She also enjoys golfing, attending concerts, and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs.
