Asset Living CFO Gretchen Stephenson Named Among Houston Business Journal's 2024 Women Who Mean Business Honorees

HOUSTON (SEPTEMBER 3, 2024)Asset Living Chief Financial Officer Gretchen Stephenson was recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of the 2024 Women Who Mean Business.

Nominees were evaluated based on their career achievements, contribution to company and city success, community involvement and leadership.

“Like many women, I've faced my share of challenges while growing my career. Often, I found myself among the few women in the organization, particularly in leadership roles. Much of my career has been in the technology industry, which is typically male dominated. Despite this dynamic, I never let it hinder my progress. My focus has always been on demonstrating my contributions through hard work, providing unique perspectives, and delivering results,” said Stephenson.

The Houston Business Journal officially released its prestigious, annual list of honorees this week, highlighting these 90 individuals hand-picked by the judges to represent several of Houston's prominent industries. The list featured Women from energy companies, nonprofits, homebuilders, real estate firms, and more. Looking ahead, the award winners – including Stephenson – will be recognized in a special section of the Houston Business Journals Oct. 18th weekly edition.

This year Asset Living’s Houston office was also recognized as one of the cities Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in 2024. In addition to Houston, our Dallas, Denver, and Atlanta offices were also honored with the same prestigious award, and we were further recognized as a national winner.
