Houston Apartment Association’s Honors Awards 2024 Recognizes Asset Living

HOUSTON (JULY 10, 2024) –  Asset Living, one of the largest property management companies in the nation, was recognized at the Houston Apartment Association Honors Awards 2024. The Honors Awards aim to recognize multi-family professionals and communities for their outstanding performance in the Houston market. Asset Living proudly had one award recipient recognized at this year’s ceremony.  

Award winner included Community Manager and Asset Ambassador Patti Melendy for On-Site Manager of the Year (400 Units or more) at our multi-family housing community 2828 Royal Oaks. Along with one winner, Asset Living had 18 nominations. The nominations included Estella Garcia for Leasing Professional of the Year at Vanderbilt Apartments, Sara Martinez for On-Site Assistant Manager of the Year at Haven at Bellaire, Kim Roy for On-Site Assistant Manager of the Year for The Henry at Liberty Hills, Consuelo Hernandez for On-Site Manager of the Year (1—199 Units) at The CoOp at Med Center, Alex Van Fleet for On-Site Manager of the Year (1-199 Units) at Lauren in the Heights, Liz Dvorak for On-Site Manager of the Year (200-299 Units) at Vanderbilt Apartments, Jasmine LeDoux for On-Site Manager of the Year (200-299 Units) at Vargos on the Lake, Dario Quezada for On-Site Manager of the Year (200-299 Units) at Flats on Tanglewood, Josh Fuentes for On-Site Manager of the Year (300-399 Units) at Paramount at Kingwood, Julie Arrendondo for On-Site Manager of the Year (300-399 Units) at City Park Heights, Sasha Trimble for On-Site Manager of the Year (300-399 Units) at Kimberly Parkside, Melinda Villalobos for On-Site Manager of the Year (300-399 Units) at Stonegrove at Fall Creek, Jose Pena for Maintenance Supervisor, Single Property of the Year at The Henry Liberty Hills, Christian Reyes for Maintenance Supervisor, Single Property of the Year at 2828 at Royal Oaks, and Raymond Singleton for Maintenance Support of the Year at Vanderbilt Apartments. Along with our on-site teams being recognized, Asset Living had numerous corporate multi-family professionals who were nominated as well, including Financial Analyst Julie Clay for Corporate Support Professional of the Year, Senior Vice President, Operations, Karen Hefner for Portfolio Supervisor of the Year and Vice President, Operations, Anna Towns for Portfolio Supervisor of the Year.
