Asset Living’s Houston Headquarters Celebrates One Year Anniversary in New Office

HOUSTON (March 27, 2024) – Asset Living, one of the nation’s largest third-party property management companies, celebrates its one-year anniversary in its new Houston headquarters located at 945 Bunker Hill Road on the 14^th floor. Since relocating to the new office in Memorial City one year ago, Asset Living has experienced remarkable growth and success including three acquisitions, the launch of a new corporate website, expanding to over 8,500 employees nationwide and growing its own data intelligence capabilities with a centralized business intelligence platform.  

In collaboration with Ziegler Cooper Architects, Asset Living’s new headquarters was designed to create a balance between traditional professional and a culture that also resonates with a younger workforce. Forward-thinking elements were incorporated to create a visually interesting space that complements a range of workstyles. When it comes to design, small details have made a big impact including the use of black framing to denote specific areas within the open ceiling space and the use of the angles within the front entry. One of the main features of the new office is the large breakroom, which was designed to be a versatile space for collaboration, focus and relaxation.  

The new office space reflects Asset Living’s commitment to creating a productive and inspiring work environment. With state-of-the-art facilities and ergonomic workstations, the office is designed to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
