BIRMINGHAM (December 13, 2024) – Asset Living, one of the largest property management companies in the nation, was recognized at the 2024 Greater Birmingham Apartment Association Magic City Awards. The Magic City Awards celebrate Birmingham’s outstanding communities and professionals in the multi-family industry. Asset Living had a total of seven finalists and three scholarship winners recognized at this year’s ceremony.
Finalists included Valora at Homewood for Onsite Team of the Year and First Place in Beautification, Leasing Manager Adonis Cruz for Leasing Professional of the Year, Maintenance Technician Cee Brown for Maintenance Tech of the Year, Asset Living for Management Company of the Year, and Sheri Davis for the PivotAL Award and Manager of the Year. Three Asset Living professionals also received the Frank Barefield Scholarships: Community Manager Sheri Davis, Leasing Manager Adonis Cruz, and Assistant Community Manager Laura Synder.
