Asset Living Promotes Saad Arij to Senior Vice President, New Development

HOUSTON (March 11, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Saad Arij was promoted to Senior Vice President, New Development. Arij brings over 15 years of experience within the property management industry to his new role and will oversee all aspects of Asset Living's multi-family, student, and build-to-rent lease-ups.

"My goals are to collaborate with our Division Presidents to ensure we achieve occupancy and department goals within our organization and for our clients. I also want to continue to collaborate with our business development team to work towards overall expansion and growth of our portfolio," says Arij.

Before his new role, Arij served as the Vice President of New Construction & Lease Ups for Asset Living, leading his team to new heights. His journey in property management began as a Community Assistant while pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at The University of Georgia. With years of industry experience, Arij brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role, where he will continue to support his team and guide them to new opportunities.

Outside the office, Arij cherishes spending quality time with his wife and their newest family member, Miko, their cat. Arij also has a passion for the game of Cricket and is a member of the Cincinnati Rhinos team.
