ATLANTA (June 19, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Nicole Griffith’s promotion to Vice President within the company’s Shared Services division. With over a decade of experience in the property management industry, Griffith will assist in leading Client Services, Portfolio Governance, and strategic programing for Asset Living.
"In 2024, my goal is to enhance and expand governance functions across Asset Living. I am thrilled to join the Client Services team and collaborate with the many talented individuals here," says Griffith.
Before her new role, Griffith was with First Communities Management, where she led the Compliance and Learning and Development team. She began her career in the property management industry as an on-site leasing consultant. Throughout her career, Griffith has successfully created standardized operations training and internal policies. She is also a current member of the Atlanta Apartment Association. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Studies in Law specializing in corporate compliance from Fordham Law School.

When Griffith is not in the office, she loves spending time with her family and their mini-Labradoodle. She also enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
