Asset Living Promotes Meredith Donnell to Senior Vice President, Talent Programs

HOUSTON (MARCH 21, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Meredith Donnell’s promotion to Senior Vice President within the company’s Talent Programs department. With over a decade of experience in the talent space, Donnell is ready to elevate Asset Living’s Talent Programs team to new heights.

"The teams' goals for 2025 include rolling out new initiatives and programs such as cohort-based learning & development, launching Asset’s first formal mentorship program, expanding our current Performance Review Process, and much more," says Donnell.

Prior to her new role, Donnell served as Vice President, Talent Programs at Asset Living, where she led, and will continue to lead initiatives in Talent Management, Talent Development, and Culture & Engagement. Before joining Asset Living, she built an impressive career in the talent space, working for companies like Credera, The Boston Consulting Group, and StreetLights Residential. She is a proud alumna of Texas A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Creative Studies.

"[In this role], I’m excited to see our team grow and to accomplish so much together this year," says Donnell.

Outside the office, Donnell enjoys spending time with her family and her yellow lab while exploring the greater outdoors in Denver. With another little girl on the way, she’s looking forward to growing her family this Spring.
