HOUSTON (OCTOBER 16, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Lauren Stone’s promotion to Vice President within the company’s Talent Acquisition department. With over six years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, Stone will continue to elevate and lead Asset Living's Corporate Talent Acquisition team.
"My goals for 2024 are to lead and mentor our corporate recruiters and support their professional development while implementing new technologies that will enhance our referral and internal mobility programs," says Stone.
Prior to her new role, Stone excelled as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Asset Living. She began her career with a specialization in accounting and finance at a recruiting agency, where she focused on placing top talent within the finance and accounting sectors. Eventually, she transitioned to in-house recruiting, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the recruitment processes for a tech start-up. Stone, who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Rice University, brings a diverse educational background to her career in talent acquisition.
"[In this role], I'm excited to continue collaborating with our corporate leaders to develop and implement recruiting strategies, ensuring we hire top-tier talent. Additionally, I'm excited to utilize analytics to evaluate our recruitment success and refine our sourcing and hiring practices," Stone says.
