Asset Living Promotes Diana Prieto to Regional Vice President, Operations

ATLANTA (MARCH 10, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Diana Prieto’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multi-family department. With over 20 years of experience in the property management industry, Diana will oversee the communities within her portfolio, ensuring they operate efficiently while fostering a strong team through training and development.

“My goal is to continue providing leadership to my managers and colleagues while developing strategic plans that align with company goals,” says Diana. “I also want to reinforce company policies and stay ahead of market trends to drive success.”

Prior to this role, Diana served as a Regional Manager at Asset Living, where she built a reputation for operational excellence and leadership. Her career in property management began in 2002 as a leasing consultant, followed by a promotion to Assistant Community Manager. Her hands-on experience in on-site operations has equipped her with well-rounded skills, setting her up for success in her new role. Prieto is also a graduate of Politécnico Grancolombiano, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

“In this role, I’m excited about the opportunity to grow with Asset Living while focusing on the development of my team,” says Diana. “My top priority for this year is to help them enhance their performance and achieve their goals. I truly believe that when the team succeeds, the entire organization thrives, and I’m committed to supporting them every step of the way.”

Outside the office, Diana enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially dining out and enjoying great food. During the warmer months, she enjoys going to the lake to relax. Her true passion, however, is traveling, and she loves exploring different places around the world, experiencing new cultures, and gaining new perspectives.
