Asset Living Promotes Dawn Garrett to Regional Vice President, Operations

ADDISON (March 26, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Dawn Garrett was promoted to Regional Vice President, Operations, within the company’s multi-family division. Dawn brings over 19 years of experience in the property management industry to her new role, where she will collaborate with her team to achieve operational success for her clients.

"My goal for 2024 is to get more involved with our team and lead by example as I embrace my new role. I want to continue to work hard by learning daily and empowering my team to achieve excellence," says Dawn.

Before her current position, Dawn was a Regional Manager at Asset Living, working closely with her team to drive success across her portfolio. She previously held roles as a Regional Manager and Property Accountant before joining Asset Living, cultivating diverse skills in the property management industry.  

"[In this role], I look forward to advancing my skills and knowledge within the multi-family and overall property management industry. I also look forward to creating and maintaining quality living spaces for families and individuals, improving communities, providing essential housing services, building a solid professional network, and connecting with others within the industry," says Dawn.

Outside of work, Dawn finds joy in crafting, baking sourdough bread, and tending to her mini farm. She also enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, which she cherishes dearly.
