Asset Living Promotes Codie Riggs to Senior Vice President, Data Strategy & Automation

HOUSTON (MARCH 28, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Codie Riggs’ promotion to Senior Vice President within the company’s data and analytics department. With over 20 years of experience in business intelligence, data science, and tech-enabled automation, Riggs brings a wealth of expertise to his new role in aligning data strategy with broader company objectives to drive long-term growth and innovation.

"My goals for 2025 are driving efficiency through automation, empowering teams with actionable insights, and ensuring a strong data foundation across the organization,” says Riggs. “By streamlining processes and enhancing collaboration, we can make smarter, faster decisions that improve operational outcomes and business performance."

Prior to his new role, Riggs served as the Vice President, Data & Analytics for Asset Living, where he leveraged automation and artificial intelligence to optimize business processes, scale a centralized business intelligence platform, enhance real-time analytics, and strengthen data governance to improve property performance. Before joining Asset Living, he spent 16 years at BNSF Railway, leading business intelligence and analytics initiatives—including developing key performance indicators, implementing cross-functional analytics solutions, and optimizing data-driven decision-making. Riggs holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Real Estate from Texas Christian University and an MBA.
