PHOENIX (June 17, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Cheryl Davis’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multi-family division. With over 40 years of experience in the property management industry, Davis will focus on leading her team to new heights while ensuring department goals are achieved.
"My goal is to collaborate with Regional Portfolio Directors to meet ownership objectives and navigate market challenges," says Davis. "I also strive to mentor our teams to enhance communication and look forward to growing in my new business role."
Before her new role, Davis served as the Senior Regional Portfolio Director for Asset Living, where she collaborated with her team to ensure efficiency. With over two decades at Asset, Davis has worked alongside outstanding professionals in the multi-family industry, preparing her for success in this new chapter.
"In this role, I'm excited to share my extensive experience with various assets and ownership groups with the rest of the team," says Davis.
When Davis is not in the office, she loves spending time at her family cabin in Pinetop, AZ. She is also passionate about giving back to her community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Music Enrichment Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to enriching community life and supporting individual musicians.
