HOUSTON (April 24, 2025) – Asset Living, one of the nation's leading third-party property management firms, is proud to announce the launch of its Community Impact Initiative—a company-wide effort aimed at driving volunteerism in the communities served by Asset Living nationwide. This year, ten organizations were selected, each focused-on areas such as youth mentorship, veteran and military support, food insecurity, and family housing.
“We believe that being a good neighbor means showing up, lending a hand, and leaving a lasting impact,” says Asset Living Chief People Officer Alex Moore. “This program is a reflection of who we are at our core— and how we all strive to make a difference in the communities we serve each day.”
Through a combination of volunteerism, philanthropy, and local partnerships, the Community Impact Initiative will support Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Camp Hope, The Family Place, Feeding America, Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement, Ronald McDonald House, VA, Winged Hope Family Advocacy Foundation, and Wounded Warrior Project.
Rooted in Asset Living’s mission that everyone deserves a place to call home, partnerships were chosen by each region for their alignment with Asset Living’s mission, vision and shared values. Over the coming year, Asset Living employees across the country will participate in coordinated service days, collaborate with nonprofit partners, and engage in volunteer efforts that directly address local needs. The initiative also empowers employees to nominate causes close to their hearts—ensuring the work remains both personal and purpose-driven.
