Asset Living Hires Will Goodale as Senior Vice President, Business Development

DALLAS (NOVEMBER 14, 2024)Asset Living is pleased to announce Will Goodale as Senior Vice President, within Asset Living's Business Development team. With nearly eight years of experience in the multi-family industry, Goodale will drive the expansion of our affordable housing footprint across the nation.

“My goals for the rest of 2024 are to expand our affordable housing portfolio nationwide," says Goodale. "I'll be working closely with Division President Tyler Johnson on acquisition and disposition efforts. One of my greatest joys is bridging the private sector with public and nonprofit organizations, so I’m excited to build relationships and drive our affordable housing initiatives forward.”

Before joining Asset Living, Goodale spent four years in nonprofit leadership, overseeing Colorado regions for Apartment Life and Housing Connector. In these roles, he partnered with the public sector to support low-income housing tax credit apartments. His experience includes collaborating with the State of Colorado and the City of Denver to improve housing access and stability for individuals facing housing insecurity. With a background of managing approximately 50,000 units across diverse owners, investors, and management companies, Goodale brings invaluable expertise to our Business Development team.

"In this role, I'm excited to raise awareness for the affordable housing sector, which is critically needed across the nation," says Goodale. "It's encouraging to see so much focus on building, converting, and sustaining Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) communities. We get to play a huge role in providing Asset Living's expertise to support these owners and create impactful environments with our belief that everyone deserves a place to call home."

Outside the office, Goodale enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, and exploring the great outdoors through weekend park visits, hiking trails, and camping adventures. Passionate about the nonprofit sector, he also serves on several boards and advisory councils in his spare time.
