PHOENIX (DECEMBER 16, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Lindsay Duffy as Vice President, within Asset Living's multi-family department. Lindsay will report to the Phoenix office and lend her nearly 20 years of property management expertise to her team. Her focus will be on empowering her team to excel in their daily operations while fostering a culture of excellence, high standards and commodore.

Before joining Asset Living, Lindsay was an Associate Managing Director at Mark-Taylor, overseeing operations for 15 properties and seven clients. In this role, she led initiatives that drove efficiency and strategic growth. Throughout her career, Lindsay has cultivated an arsenal of skills in operational performance, brand strategy, employee growth tracks and asset management. She is also a graduate of the University of Phoenix, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Business and worked towards her Master’s in Business Marketing.

Outside the office, Lindsay is a passionate mother to four sons and is always on the go. She loves cheering them on at their sporting events, spending time with her husband, and is an avid foodie. A wellness and fitness enthusiast, she embraces every opportunity to explore new places and stay active with her family. A fun fact about Lindsay is she was a volunteer firefighter early on in her career and always strived to make a positive impact on others' lives. She is now dedicated to giving back to the community through volunteer efforts and fostering a culture of selflessness and kindness.
