HOUSTON (NOVEMBER 26, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Lesley Atwood as Vice President, within Asset Living's multi-family department. Lesley Atwood will report to the Houston office and lend her nearly 20 years of property management experience to her team. She will lead site-based operations, driving performance and aligning property-level practices with our culture, values, and mission to create a cohesive and impactful environment for clients, team members, and residents.
"My goals for the rest of 2024 are to drive new business initiatives, optimize operations, and leverage market trends to overcome challenges and achieve a strong end-of-year performance," says Atwood. Before joining Asset Living, Atwood served as Senior Vice President at TAM Residential and held key roles at top firms such as Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Pinnacle Property Management), Alliance Residential, Tonti Properties, and Milestone. Her impressive career includes earning second place in The Bascom Group's National Excellence Award and nominations for Texas Property Manager of the Year (2013) and Property Supervisor of the Year (2020). A Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designee through the National Apartment Association, Atwood combines a strong marketing background with a hands-on approach to property management.
"[In this role], I look forward to driving operational excellence, growth, and profitability while fostering team development in 2025,” says Atwood. “My goals include expanding our footprint in the Dallas/Fort Worth market and achieving key operational milestones, all while maintaining the high standards that define our success."
Outside the office, Atwood enjoys reading and gaining new perspectives through literature. She also enjoys cheering on her daughter and her competitive travel softball team alongside her husband.
