DENVER (AUGUST 26, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Kelly Larson as the new Regional Vice President within Asset Living's multi-family team. Larson will bring her 17 years of property management expertise to the Denver office, where she will focus on building strong teams and driving client success.
"My goals for 2024 are to continue investing in the incredible team members at Asset Living, celebrating their strengths and achievements while exploring new strategies to elevate performance for our clients," says Larson. "One of my focuses will be maximizing our NOI and revenue opportunities, ensuring our properties lead the market through innovative unit pricing and customer service approaches."
Before joining Asset Living, Larson served as Regional Vice President at RPM Living, where she played a pivotal role in the expansion of the Colorado market. Her journey in the property management industry began through an internship while attending Arizona State University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Business and Communication, along with a Minor in Mass Communication. Larson brings a wealth of experience in new developments, asset repositioning, renovations, and managing high-rise, mid-rise, and garden-style communities.
