ATLANTA (November 8, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Henry Zuaznabar as the new Vice President, Operations, within Asset Living’s multi-family division. Zuaznabar will report to the Atlanta office and join the Asset Living team to lend his over 20 years of experience within the property management industry. Zuaznabar will be pivotal in nurturing client relationships, fostering new business opportunities, and guiding his team toward success.
"My goal is to offer support and guidance to my team both professionally and personally while highlighting the importance of our company's culture,” says Zuaznabar.
Before his new role, Zuaznabar was the Managing Director for the Build-to-Rent division at RangeWater Real Estate, where he oversaw an expansive portfolio of over 25,000 units across 140 properties spanning 12 states. Zuaznabar is a graduate of Colorado Tech University, where he earned a double Bachelor of Arts degree in International Marketing and Accounting. He also holds the prestigious CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) designation from the National Apartment Association and has been recognized with numerous accolades in property management and real estate.

Outside the office, Zuaznabar enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children. He is also a dedicated advocate for various charitable causes, supporting organizations such as Autism Speaks, United Way, and The Atlanta Community Food Bank.
