ATLANTA (OCTOBER 29, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Ashlyn Laney as Vice President, within Asset Living's Business Development team. With experience as a multi-family sales advisor Laney will report into the Atlanta office and work towards fostering strategic partnerships throughout the Southeast.
"My goals for the rest of 2024 will be focused on cultivating new long-term partnerships and strengthening current client relationships through new-development, property acquisition, and operational strength consulting," says Laney.
Before joining Asset Living, Ashlyn worked at Matthews REIS, specializing in acquisitions and dispositions across South Carolina and Georgia. During this time, she honed her skills in complex deal management, opportunity origination, and negotiations, consistently delivering high value to her clients. Utilizing predictive trend forecasting and financial modeling, she provided expert advice on operational best practices and strategic transactions.
"[In this role], I look forward to working with such a supportive team and nurturing both internal and external relationships. I’m proud to represent a company that leads with unrivaled passion and a deep commitment to delivering a superior level of service while simultaneously driving a positive impact for communities," says Laney.
Outside of the office, Ashlyn is an avid supporter of the Clemson Tigers football team. She also enjoys discovering and perfecting new recipes—especially soups as the cooler seasons roll in!
