HOUSTON (DECEMBER 3, 2024) – Asset Living, one of the nation’s largest third-party property management companies, is proud to have raised more than $255,000 since 2021 for Covenant House, a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting homelessness for young adults. This is the fourth year Asset Living has partnered with Covenant House to make an impact on communities across the nation where all funds raised are used to provide shelter and other essential services to help Covenant House residents build an independent future.
“Every contribution to Covenant House is a step toward changing lives, and I’m incredibly proud of how our Asset Living team has embraced this mission. We’re not just supporters; we’re advocates standing together for youth facing homelessness. A heartfelt thank you to our partners at Covenant House for their tireless work and for empowering us to make a meaningful impact in our communities,” says Asset Living CEO and President, Ryan McGrath.
This year, Asset Living employees raised $25,605 in support of Covenant House’s Sleep Out — a night dedicated to sleeping outdoors in solidarity, raising awareness for the thousands of young adults who turn to Covenant House each year for safe shelter, nourishing food, clean clothing, and essential services like job training, education, healthcare, mental health counseling, and legal aid. Since 2021, Asset Living has united employees and partners alike to raise awareness and support for Covenant House’s mission, participating in other initiatives like the Night of Broadway Stars, the Guts and Glory corporate obstacle challenge, and the young professional Sleep Out. It is through these efforts that Asset Living continues to make a meaningful impact on behalf of Covenant House.
