PHOENIX (August 25, 2023) – Asset Living, one of the largest property management companies in the nation, was recognized at the 2023 annual Tribute Awards hosted by Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA). The Tribute Awards honor multi-family professionals and communities for their outstanding performance in the Arizona apartment industry. Asset Living proudly had a total of three award recipients in addition to six finalists that were recognized at this year’s ceremony.
Award winners include Community Manager, Lindsey Shultz (Vela at Tempe Town Lake) for Community Manager of the Year (200-299 Units), Community Manager, Judy Miles (Colores del Sol) for Community Manager of Year (1-199 Units), and Assistant Community Manager, Cassandra Herrera (Rancho Montanas) for Assistant Manager of the Year.
In addition to the three winners, Asset Living had six finalists, including: Vela at Tempe Town Lake for Best Community Team (200-299 Units), Kelley Chandler for Best Community Manager (The Vistas on Ft. Lowell), Robert Johnson (The Junction at Iron Horse) and Chris Lopez (The Sonoran) for Best Service Supervisor, Cassandra Herrera for Assistant Manager of the Year (Rancho Cielo, and Rancho Montanas), Judy Miles (Colores del Sol) for Best Community Manager (1-199 Units), and Lindsey Shultz (Vela Tempe) for Best Community Manager (200-299 Units).
