This marks the seventh consecutive year Citizen Park has earned recognition among the nation’s Elite 1% of conventional properties for online reputation, and this year the property also ranked as first in the state of Missouri.
To be eligible for the Elite 1% 2024 ranking, a conventional property had to register a minimum ORA score of 93 as of December 2024 and have at least 20 online reviews. This year, a total of 1,371 conventional properties made the Elite 1% list. The annual ORA® Power Ranking evaluates the online reputation of more than 144,000 properties nationwide, drawing data from a wide range of review platforms and internet listing services (ILSs). Earning a place on this prestigious list exemplifies excellence in resident satisfaction and digital engagement.
