Asset Living Promotes Tammy Carvajal to Regional Vice President, Operations

ATLANTA (April 29, 2024) Asset Living is pleased to announce Tammy Carvajal’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multi-family division. With over 28 years of experience in the property management industry, Carvajal will oversee her team aiming for all-around success for our clients.

"My goals for 2024 are to support my team in any way I can and assist in the growth of Asset Living's national footprint specifically in the Carolina regions," says Carvajal.

Before her new role, Carvajal served as the Senior Regional Manager for Asset Living where she gained broad expertise in property management, mastering on-site sales, marketing Class A new developments, and renovating and repositioning various apartment classes. Carvajal is also a graduate of Bob Jones University.

"[In this role], I'm looking forward to continuing to positively impact our current clients' assets, unifying and supporting our teams, and building bench strength for anticipated future growth," says Carvajal.

Outside the office, Carvajal finds joy in live music, exploring new destinations as a travel enthusiast, and cherishing her role as a dedicated sailing mom.
